I'm on Windows 11, I navigate to settings -> apps -> Intel Graphics Software -> three dots -> uninstall ->
then I click uninstall button here:
And it brings me this window:
It asks me to navigate to the file C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS01D2248F\Resources\Extras\IntelGraphicsSoftware_24.50.1001.1_Release.exe, but I don't have this file. If I click 'cancel', it brings the same window again, I click 'cancel' again and it says that it was uninstalled
But it is still there and I cannot remove it.

I solved the problem by downloading the driver and extracting IntelGraphicsSoftware_24.50.1001.1_Release.exe from it using total commander (ctrl+pg down). I was able to select the extracted file after selecting uninstall option in Windows system settings -> Apps.
It's a shame that I need doing either this or something involving safe mode boot just to uninstall the software.

Hi Grief,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
I suggest doing the following:
- Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)< software and extract the file.
- Open DDU ****.exe and run extract program.
- Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
- Go to the DDU extract path and double-click the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to open DDU.
- Click Close in the Options window.
- Select device type to GPU and select device to INTEL.
- Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs
- Wait the software to finish the process and auto reboot Windows to the normal mode or shutdown.

Thanks for sharing this issue. Driver and software uninstall problems can be really frustrating, especially when they affect system performance. It's interesting how troubleshooting challenges like these highlight the importance of reliable software design—something every AI Development Company and tech provider should prioritize to improve user experience and system stability.
