Cant update drivers Intel HD4400, Acer Espire e15, HELP! What can I do? I tried all the latest

So lately I get crashes in PC games that I play (mainly WoW). Tried to update driver, the system doesn't let me. Tried to contact game support website, they couldn't do nothing. Is my PC just too low, or do I have the best driver (the one I got now is dated 8/4/2015). Pls help guys, I am so devastated, never had problems like this and it seems there is nothing I can do.. The game crashes after 10seconds ingame, even if I use recommended graphics...Even in stable internet connection.
