Hi all!
I've got a question for all you graphics (drivers) experts.
A situation overview:
At the hospital where i work we've changed procedures and operating systems.
Centralized IT made an image (w7) for the guest-speaker computers in the learning environment on which on first boot we're able to make changes, but on second boot the installation locks its configurations and we can change diddlysquat. When I install my graphics drivers for certain systems it requires a reboot and after the reboot i'm supposed to choose the right resolution. The big problem is that after the reboot the configuration is locked and if i select the right resolution, the system forgets this after a reboot or system shutdown.
Is there a way to change the standard selected resolution before a reboot? (regedit, reg file or something similar)
Or maybe delete all the resolution options except for the one i need?
Is it possible to do this for multiple monitors?
We use different hardware and different drivers. The drivers i'm testing with are:

Hello hamandeggs,
If you select the correct resolution and apply settings from the Intel® Graphics Control Panel the system should keep those changes and you should be able to reboot the system and the same resolution set before the restart should be applied.
Here you can find some examples from other forums where customers are providing feedback on this:
