Color Correction problem

I use custom color settings but when I use a fullscreen application then the screen colors restores to the default settings. My values that I have set are still there on the bars but I have to press Upply or make a change if I want my settings to take effect again. One workaround is to change the default values, but I dont know how to do that.

This function doesnt work properly and the latest driver is 2 years old. I'm getting the feeling that Intel doesnt care because theres probably just a few people that uses this function anyways.

I have a Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset Family and uses the latest driver for Windows XP Home 32bit.
