Hi.
I have a laptop with an I7-4700MQ and his integrated GPU is a HD 4600. I don't have Display Port I just have an HDMI 1.4.
I would like to know if I can use a monitor 21:9, with a 3440x1440 resolution, or at least a 2560 x 1080 resolution.
Thanks.

damian_nutz, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, the Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ /
Intel® HD Graphics 4600 is under status of: End Of Interactive Support / Discontinued, as you can see in this link:
So, even though Intel® technical support will no longer be provided for this kind of products, still, as an option you may want to try our Discontinued Products Community to get recommendations from fellow community members:
https://community.intel.com/t5/tag/Discontinued%20Products/tg-p/tag-id/919?profile.language=en
Or you may also find the Discontinued Products Website helpful to address your request:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html
Still, according to the specifications of the Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ provided in the link above, it states that when using the HDMI port the max resolution supported is 3840x2160@30Hz, so in theory it should work but, it will also depend on the monitor and if it supports that resolution or the resolutions that you are looking for as well.

Albert R.
