Buen dia. La laptop en cuestion funciona correctamente para la mayoria de tareas e incluso para otros videojuegos recientes, pero en cuestion con el Counter Strike 2 no funciona correctamente. Se resume en crasheos constantes, la taza de fps es estables por lo cual no veo el motivo por el cual sucede esa anomalia.
Actualize todos los controladores, sobre todo el grafico y aun sigue con el mismo inconbeniente.
No creo que se trate tampoco de problemas de temperatura porque suele pasar con el equipo a los minutos de estar en reposo.
El equipo es un HP Laptop 15-dy2091 con 16 gb de ram y graficos intel iris xe.
Voy a intentar actualizar la BIOS pero no creo que sea una causa de tal problema.
