Hello DK_91,

I understand you are trying to install latest graphics driver.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

Bear in mind that Intel Driver Update Utility has been mainly designed for Intel motherboard so we cannot guarantee the application will work fine on every OEM system

We can try updating the graphics driver manually. Please download the graphics driver that is on this link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22166/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-Windows-... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22166/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-Windows-...

Install the driver with the steps that are on this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html

Let me know if issue persists or not.

Regards,

Fred D.
