I just installed the latest Windows updates, and since then Intel's DSA tool has stopped working. When I try to check for driver updates via the website, or even just view my system information using Intel's tool, the server is unable to connect to my device. I tried reinstalling the DSA tool, but that didn't change anything. Is this a known issue that occurs with the latest version of Windows?
yesterday everything was fine working.

This issue can happen after a recent Windows update.
You can try these steps:
1) Uninstall Intel Driver & Support Assistant completely.
2) Restart your system.
3) Download and install the latest version of Intel DSA from Intel’s official website.
4) Make sure the Intel DSA service is running (check in Windows Services).
5) Also try disabling VPN, proxy, or firewall temporarily and then test again.
If the problem started right after a Windows update, it may be a compatibility issue, and Intel may need to release an updated DSA version.
