Hi guys, here is my problem.
I have a monitor which is a Philips 223V5. It's an 1080p monitor and supports 60Hz, but with lower resolutions it can go up unitl 75Hz.
I used to have a desktop PC with an AMD processor and integrated graphics and i could use 1366x768 75Hz via HDMI. Now i have a Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop and with the same HDMI cable i cant get to that Hz in that resolution.
I can use 75Hz but with different resolution (1440x900, 1280x1024, and other 16:10 resolutions). I'd like to be able to use 1366x768 75Hz since is my favorite resolution for gaming.
I didn't try to add a custom resolution by Intel graphic command center because i don't know how to do it safe.
Thanks in advanced!
checking specs, 1366x768 75Hz is not a supported resolution, that's why igcc doesn't offer that resolution...
IGCC will only offer you the supported resolutions...
Yeah i see, i never though about searching that in the manual lol. Thank you very much.
Yesterday after posting the question i added a custom resolution, i added 1366x768 75Hz but the intel command center liked 1368x768 76Hz more, i don't know why but just in case i'm gonna to remove it
Yeah, IGCC sometimes may not take the custom resolutions (because they are not defined in the display supported resolutions)...
agreed you better use one of the supported ones 👍
