I have an HP AIO.
For two days now, when I turn my computer on the display looks like it has a thin film on it - not bright or vibrant. The brightness is maxed out.
If I open the Intel on the taskbar, click on the Profile, then Display, the display then becomes vibrant and bright. To keep it that way, I have to minimize the Intel logo to the task bar. If my computer sleeps, or I turn it off, the original dimness returns.
I have a couple snapshots of the two displays.
When Igo to settings and intel, it says all are up to date.
Why is this happening.

Hello boong,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help share the missing key information below:
- Is this a newly purchased system with an out-of-the box issue, or the issue started recently?
- Has there been any changes or updates before the issue started (e.g. Windows Updates, drivers update, etc.)
- Please help share your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
