DirectX11 issue

Good night here.
Today i'll report some issue happened 2 hours ago.
A friend of mine has rx 5700XT and call me to join a Baldur's Gate 3 by remote play.
After his call the game show a lot off blur and was impossble to see anything on screen.
After his change directx11 to vulcan the game have backed to normal. 

I'd like to check it out.

Since the issue occurs with DX11 and returns to normal after switching to Vulkan, could you please help us isolate the behavior with the following checks?

1. Please run Baldur’s Gate 3 locally on the Arc B580 using DX11, without Remote Play. Does the blur still occur?

2. If local DX11 works normally, please check whether the issue can be reproduced again through Remote Play.

3. Please provide the SSU log from the affected system. To collect it:

   • Download and run the Intel System Support Utility (SSU).

   • Select Scan.

   • In the scan options, leave the Network tab unchecked.

   • Run the scan and save the results as a text file.

   • Attach the generated SSU log to your reply.

For the reported blur, please also provide a screenshot or short video recording showing the issue while running DX11.

These results will help determine the appropriate next step for the investigation.

My forgive for give it to you so late.
I've not screenshots. 

I'd like to report a lot of blur and shimmering efect overlaying my char after change joystick to keyboard in Smite 2.

Overwatch has bad experience even shaders compiling has done.

Heroes of the Storm still spanning over 10 minutos or more to join game after set BN launcher. It noticed by ''Preparing Game Data''
