Hello baldana,
I understand you are trying to disable graphics hardware acceleration on your computer.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
Usually hardware acceleration is something that can be disabled in the application you are trying to use.
What are you trying to disable hardware acceleration for? What is the issue you are having with hardware acceleration?
Regards,
Fred D.

Hi Fred,
I'm converting some DVD's with old family home videos by converting the VOB files to MP4 using Movavi Video Converter 18 (https://www.movavi.com/videoconverter/ https://www.movavi.com/videoconverter/). Some VOB files are being converted successfully and some i'm getting an error and the error mentions that I have to disable to HW-acceleration.
Movavi Support:

Hello Bassam Al Dana,
Please go to the menu Settings - Preferences - Accelerations and temporarily untick Intel acceleration,
In order to avoid the issue in the future, we suggest updating your graphic card drivers per this howto: http://kb.movavi.com/article.php?id=104 http://kb.movavi.com/article.php?id=104
Thank you.
Best regards,
