Disable changing resolution

Hi! We have in computer rooms a'la HP Compaq 8100 Elite SFF PC's (with Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD, Windows 7 Pro) and we don't want ordinary users (students) can change graphics settings such a screen resolution etc. How can we do that for "Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel"? We already have disabled this kind on options via Windows group policy, but this seems to not affect Intel Graphics Control Panel, unfortunately. More thanks, Alar.
