Disabling Vsync

Hello, Intel forum. I have a rather weird request, considering people always want to turn this on. I have an Intel 4 Express Chipset, and I want to know how I can disable vsync to make my games go above 60 FPS. Don't tell me the implications, I already know of a risk of tearing. I just want to know if I can and how I can do it. If more information is needed, then I'll gladly provide it.
