Hi VAV0001,
It is important to say that the drivers we provide are generic drivers for OEM computers. This is because we just provide the hardware to the computer manufacturers and they will design and create their custom drivers for their units. However, we do have generic drivers for your system. My best recommendation is to install the latest generic BETA driver we have for the graphics controller. You can get at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23194 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23194
As piece of advice, I recommend you doing a power cycle on the unit by removing the battery and pressing the power button for about 20 seconds and after that you may try installing the driver above. In case that it is not working, my best recommendation is to contact Dell so they can help you out with their custom driver.

I have the same problem with our HP 630 / Celeron b800 notebooks with Intel HD 2000 graphics.
Driver crashes after hibernate then has recovered. But tabs in chrome no longer respond
as their tasks crash.
Is there a beta driver for this model also?
It's only with windows 8.1, windows 8.0 had no issues.
Thank You

No. I still use generic driver from Windows Update. But It happens rarely. I don't know why. And I didn't try to install generic beta driver

Hi Timo2,
I am afraid to say that there are no drivers for Win 8.1 for your graphics controller at this point.

The problem is caused by a third party software called F.LUX ( justgetflux.com ).
I have notified the developer.
Thank You.
