Display and Color settings don't appear!

Hi,

I've got a Lenovo Y50-70 laptop with UHD display.But I can't change the color and display settings in my Intel Graphics control panel.You can see the scaling options don't appear in the display settings nor color settings.I've tried updating to the latest Intel driver but it didn't solve the problem.
