Hi vukpodbara,

I understand you are getting a problem with the screen that dims every time you open dark files or games. Let me help you on this matter.

I would like to know the current graphics drivers and the computer model. Please run this https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- utility and attach the results, this will identify computer components and driver versions.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.

Thank you for your time.

Allan J.

Thank you for updating this post, I regret to inform you that I was not able to access your link.

If you could re-post the information, that would be great or you can open service request ticket or live chat with one of our graphics representatives https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html# @1 here

Please see picture attached for more information.

Hi vukpodbara,

I was wondering if you were able to re-attach the image. This will be important to try to isolate this issue.

Thank you for your time.
