Hello,

I have been experiencing this issue for about 19 days now, I have tried many solutions on here and other sites, but none helped, so I decided to make my own post and provide my own information.

So since Dec. 26, 2024 I have been experiencing freezing/crashing everytime I use a high performance application after about several seconds, the GPU performance would spike up to 100% and then the application would freeze or crash, with instances where I can still hear the sound of the game but my screen would be black. I have first noticed this when playing Microsoft Flight Simulator, my game kept crashing after only a few minutes and there was also a weird pixel flickering noticable on my screen which I didn't pay much attention to at first but then it started getting worse and more noticable in every game I play to the point where there's just squares flashing all over my screen in every game I play (Recently it also became noticable in Google maps or even when I am just watching a YouTube video). Here is an example from a Roblox game: https://imgur.com/a/FT2f9ty  though as I mentioned it is in almost every game I play. After that flickering, the application would crash.

Since I have wasted almost 3 weeks trying to fix this, I will list what I have tried already:

-I have tried updating, reinstalling the latest version, reinstalling a specific version that has worked for someone else, letting my PC install the prefered version on it's own of my Graphics Drivers.

-I have tried increasing TdrDelay in the Registry Editor (To both 8 and 10).

-I have tried to switch my RAM.

-I fully reset my Windows 10 and reinstalled it.

My components are:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4590

Graphics Driver: Intel HD Graphics 4600

I hope someone here can help me and I will try to reply as soon as I can.
