Hello. I have finished the installation of my NUC5i7RYH with ubuntu 15.04 using 4K screen. I can't use 14.04 LTS as iris 6100 pro is not supported.
* Fisrtly, it is quite complex as the EFI doesn't look to the ubuntu repository where the boot image is, so I have to copy the boot files to a bootable location...
* Everythink works quite well excepted the displayport audio. I can't manage to have the sound transferred to my screen speakers. My kernel is :
Linux 3.19.0-18-generic # 18-Ubuntu SMP Tue May 19 18:31:35 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
If I want to fully use my 4K screen I don't think I can use HDMI 1.4 output.
Do you have any insight ?
