Sure:
- You described you're using HDMI 1.4. This version specifies the maximum bandwidth, resolution and Hz that can be put through.
- The Intel HD630 supports up to 4K resolution: Intel Specs
Of course there is no full guarantee at this point. But all specs do point to being able to play Full HD on 120Hz. Beware that it will take more performance of this onboard GPU. It will be less suitable for gaming.

On 1920x1080 with HDMI 1.4: you can get up to 120Hz. But that is the maximum of your HDMI port and graphics card.

@Roland_87 thanks for the reply. Can you please explain how you used the info in the link to determine that my setup can actually support 1920x1080 at 120Hz?
Thanks

@Roland_87 thanks. I do not intend of playing any games. And i think the GPU with the help of the 16GB RAM will be enough for OS browsing and internet surfing.
Thanks
