Please try uninstalling the current driver from Device Manager and install the latest for your controller at the following links :

hi im expierencing some issues too with my asus ROG g60JX i have the intel i5 M430 and i cant find drivers for my integrated gpu because im stuck on microsoft basic adapter

There is no driver for w10 or w11 for that 1st gen processor.  The best you can do is the generic driver from microsoft.
