Acer Predator BiFrost Intel® Arc™ A770 is an OEM device, and your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components. Our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, and custom drivers that the OEM has designed for the GPU and Intel only supplies generic versions of Graphics Drivers for general purposes.

To help us further understand the issue, please answer the following questions below:

1) Is your system working properly with the Acer Arc A770 before? Or is this an out of box issue?

2) Does this only happen while gaming? Does it also happen when PC is sitting idle?

3) Have you updated your Windows to latest version?

4) The Kernel Power Error 41 can be caused by a faulty power supply. Have you checked if you are using a properly working PSU? Please provide with the actual make/model of your power supply.

5) Please do a clean driver installation using DDU in safe mode (highly recommended). Follow this link for instructions and use our latest driver 101.5330 from this link.

6) Lastly, please provide us with your SSU by using the tool from this link. This will provide us with additional information about your system, including error messages. Once you run the tool, please save the generated report and send back to us.

done fix

i buyed new psu cable now is 2 psu pcie cable ,old is 1 to 2 psu pcie cable

so i think error 14 code is 1 to 2 psu pcie cable no enough
