Driver and WebGL

A recent Dell update has caused one of my Facebook games to be unable to use WebGL.  Since WebGL is working with my browser the next suggested fix was to update my graphics card driver.  Has anyone else had this issue?  What driver do I need for my Intel UHD Graphics 620?

Hello Marge_Br,

Thank you for patiently waiting. We have tested the game using a 3rd party graphics card only and also ran into issues like constant errors that had us reload the game, thus suggesting the issue is not Intel specific but rather with the game. For now, we suggest reporting this to the game developer as well.

Thank you very much for the feedback you provided, but we can't promise this is going to be fixed anytime soon and the only recommendation we can provide is to keep updating the drivers as a fix may be rolled out progressively over the upcoming months.

Since we do not have a fix and we do not address this directly to the Intel* card/driver, we will proceed to close the thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
