So i have installed driver booster and i didn't know that driver software were not recommended. I update my driver and it uninstalled my sound driver and install and a new that is not working and in other device "intel tile and intel high definition dsp" appeared. Intel tile and a question mark besides and it says that it was working properly but it appeared when i used driver booster i didn't had it before.
Now for intel high definition dsp it has a error logo besides it saying:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
my sound is not working and its saying no output and input devices installed and my microphone is not working too. i fresh installed windows 11 i even installed windows 10 but no use. i factory reset my pc full reset but still no use.
My laptop is the HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0xxx

Hello Jayxen,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
We would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help share the missing key information here:
1) Please confirm if this is the actual system device that you have. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-envy-x360-15.6-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-15-ew0000/model/2101086061?sku=7D0L7U8
2) Since you mentioned you already uninstalled and re-installed drivers, from which link have you installed the new drivers, and what driver version was installed yet giving you this error code: 28?
3) Are you not getting any sound from the built-in speakers? Have you tried if an external speaker would work?
4) Additionally, we highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (save it as a .txt file). Attach the log file as you reply to this thread.
