Driver download 404 error

When I try to download from the following link, I get a 404 error: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/24329/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24329/a08/win64_153330.zip https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/24329/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit?httpDown=http%…. Any help will be appreciated. I am trying to download an Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver.
