Hello,

After a check of my "system" devices, I have just discovered the error picture attached:

My Operating System

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit

Computer Type: Portable Model SATELLITE C670-1DT.

The Technical Support I send two drivers to correct this problem, next TCA0062400E. exe and TCA0058700A .exe .

But nothing was correct, how can I fix it.

Thanks for your help.

Best regards.

Jean-Pierre Leroux.

You can safely disable HPET in laptop BIOS, it is not in use in Windows 8 upwards.

I'm running Windows 7 and HPET is not in my BIOS. Do I turn off from the device manager?

You can just ignore that error, as i said, Windows will not use HPET by itself.

Windows Device manager have a "Resource" view mode. Switch to it and expand the "Memory" part. Scroll down to HPET area and take a look around, what device takes the same address range.
