I'm looking for a new driver update and I don't know what to install or do. I did a check and it said I had to contact Toshiba because Intel Driver update couldn't update it, so I did so and they said I needed to buy a new laptop or something like that. Well I have a Intel Driver installed so shouldn't I be be able to just install and use a Intel graphic driver update?
Here's my system info
Computer: Toshiba Satelitte C655-S5504
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) B690 Processor 2.2 GHz, 2MB L3 Cache
System type: 64-bit operating system
Windows Edition: Genuine Windows (R) Home Premium 64-bit, SP1
Graphics Driver is Intel(R) Processor Graphics 2000
Current Driver installed is: 8.15.10.2353

Based on the description you mention I recommend uninstalling the current driver in your computer from Device manager or from Control Panel > Add or remove programs. Once this has been done, you can download the latest generic graphics driver from our side at the following link:

It is important to mention that the drivers we have are generic drivers since we provide the hardware to the system manufacturer and they will design and create their own software specifically for their systems. Due to this reason, if you try installing the driver from our side and it does not work, I recommend you contacting the system manufacturer.
