I installed Need for Speed 2015 on pc and when I run it displays a driver error. The error says: Detected Intel driver version # 1 9.18.13..2702 08/29/2013 # 2 10.18.10.4358 12/21/2015. The recommended driver version is xx.xx.15.4251 or later. Please update your drivers at (intel website) before playing the game. I have downloaded the new drivers and installed them using the Intel Driver Utility 2.4. But then when the laptop restarts again after download and installation, the Intel Driver Utility says that I still have the old drivers installed in my pc.
My Laptop Specifications are:
Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.2GHz
Nvidia GeForce GT 750M
8GB DDR3 Memory

Hello, AlessioAgius:
Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
I would like to know, what is the behavior of the system with the latest drivers provided with your OEM?
While using OEM systems like yours, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers from your computer's manufacturer website.
This is to avoid losing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel®.
Generic drivers from Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors
Please make sure you select the correct OS.
Another way to go would be to install the version the game is requesting 15.36.23.64.4251 and check the behavior of the system.
64-bit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25143/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25143/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64bit
32-bit: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25146/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25146/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-32bit
Before installing these drivers (both OEM and generic), you could perform the following:
-Access the device manager (you can use windows start search to find it).
-Look for Display adapters and right click/Properties.
-Go to driver tab and hit uninstall.
-Select "Delete the driver software for this device"

Dear Esteban C,
Thank you for your response. I did as you said but it was unsuccessful. The driver you sent me said that my laptop does not meet the system requirements.
Now, I have a problem because I do not have any driver since I uninstalled as you told me. I tried installing one from the Intel website, I tried to install the most oldest one but still, my laptop does not meet the system requirements. Is it possible if you send me a driver that I had before version 9.18.13.2702 and version 10.18.10.4358, please?
Thank you for your help, time and consideration.
Regards,
Alessio Agius

Hello, AlessioAgius:
I am sorry to hear you were not able to get installed the drivers provided.
In this case, my recommendation would be to check in your OEM's (manufacturer of your laptop) website to download any possible drivers from their end.
Manufacturers are entitled to restrict the software that can be installed in your system regarding drivers, for compatibility purposes or to avoid losing special features that only their drivers would include, so that could be the reasoning behind that error you are receiving.
I look forward to your outcome with this.
If any additional questions or inquiries are present, feel free to contact us back.
