Hi. I have a problem with the graphic driver for the 4600 hd. When i install the driver my screen goes black! Please help

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
I will appreciate if you can post the msinfo32.
- Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
- Type msinfo32 and click OK
- While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
- Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.

Thank you for the information you have kindly provided, please try the following:
Uninstall your graphics driver, you can follow the steps how to do it here:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display HDMI Audio...
Once the driver is uninstalled restart your system and install our Beta driver you can download it at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]
If you can't install our generic driver please install the latest one from your system manufacturer website.

Hi Ivanu,
i did it, but it doesnt work. I think it is the directx12
the maximum support is 11.1 but i have directx 12.
can you help me with that?

I'm sorry so in this case we will need to wait for another driver to come up and also I suggest leting your system manufacturer know about the issue as well.

hi but when it comes can you do something that its max support is directx 12 and not 11.1?plzzzzzzzzz
