I have had a strange failure. I upgraded the Bios on my machine. The Raid 5 setup I had on the data drives then failed. In looking at the failure the following things are going on:
- it is a 5 disk raid-5 setup
- all 5 drives show as healthy (no smart failures, etc..)
- Only 3 of the drives still appear in the array
- the other 2 disks show as 'non-raid drives' in matrix storage manager. In windows - these unjoined drives appear as unformatted drives.
How can I 're-join' these drives withour losing all my data?
Thanks!

You should read this thread: /thread/3351?start=0&tstart=0 http://communities.intel.com/thread/3351?start=0&tstart=0
In particular the post from adgriffi - I've experienced this and the instructions there worked (however, I would advise you to take images of your disks before hand just in case).
