I have Intel 4600. Can I adjust the dynamic range from PC (0-255) to Video (16-235)?

It is possible to change the Quantization Range manually from Intel® HD Graphics control panel. Select display / Advanced tab / Quantization Range / Options available are Default, Limited and Full range.

It is necessary to open the Intel® HD Graphics control panel instead of the Microsoft® Windows panel.

Please reply to me with a picture of the options available.
