So, am I to believe that not all devices or driver versions allow you to access the "customer aspect ratios" features in Intel HD Control Panel. I had a similar feature on my other laptop with Graphics and Media Control Panel. I've tried every resolution, and everyone is either too tall or too wide. I need some customer scaling options. I'm on my large screen Sony with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080. I already tried updating the drivers as well.
