Erro directx 11

Senhores,

A muito tempo tento solucionar o problema do DX 11, e ainda não achei solução em nenhum tópico.

O problema ocorre basicamente no Unreal Engine, Apex, Fortinite...Sempre da Erro nível 10 DX11.

O windows 10 está atualizado e os drivers também.

Seguem as configurações do dxdiag e do assistente intel.

Um mostra versão 12 e outro a 10. Qual está correto?

O note é Dell Inspiron N5010 Core ™ i5 Gráficos HD Intel®

Conhecem alguma solução efetiva para o problema?

Your processor is ancient (10 years old) and has long been discontinued by Intel. Intel is not providing support for Windows 10 for this processor's graphics engine. You are currently running using Microsoft's compatibility driver. It is a known issue that the DirectX and OpenGL support in this driver is very out-of-date. Microsoft has stated that they will not be fixing this issue.

At this point in time, I am sorry to say that your only option is to replace your laptop with something a *lot* newer.
