Error directx9

Hi, I’ve got a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 and Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570S processor so no more support, I tried to play imperium online but I got this error message :DirectX9 Error.
To play Imperivm Online, you must have a video card with a 3D accelerator and up-to-date drivers.
If you need help, contact FX Interactive Customer Support.” I update all drivers, I tried every compatibility mode (every Windows version, run as administrator, different dimension)
I don’t know what to do, thanks in advance
