Hi, I'm running an Intel Core i3-4360 CPU 3.70GHz with 8,00 GB of RAM, ASRock H81M-VG4 motherboard and Windows 8.1 Pro. I keep getting this error message after playing games for a few minutes. I already tried updating my drivers from the download center but it doesn't seem to work. Please help me,

Hello JoaquinSaboredo:
Thank you very much for joining the Intel® graphics communities.
Thank you as well for providing that file.
Since you mentioned you already have the latest drivers from our web site installed, we can now try the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the board, please look for the VGA driver:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-VG4/?cat=Download&os=Win8a64 http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-VG4/?cat=Download&os=Win8a64
Besides trying that option we can also do a BIOS update, pleaser use the link below, 1.50 is the latest version
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-VG4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-VG4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS
Also, depending on the game you are using, you will be able to find the recommended settings to play it on this link:

And just in case, here is the latest version of the graphics driver for the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 graphics controller that the processor is using, it is version 4578:

Hello JoaquinSaboredo:
We are sorry to hear the problem remains after trying the steps above.
A hardware upgrade is a good thing to do, but before you do that, did you considered to install Windows® 10? That might be a good option to fix the problem with the games.
It is hard to tell which component to upgrade, the board and processor go hand to hand, so normally if you upgrade one of them you need to upgrade the other one due to compatibility. In this case I will recommend to check the specifications of the game, and to check the compatible products for the board and processor to make the decision.
Compatible boards for Intel® i3-4360:

Compatible products for ASRock H81M-VG4:

Now, one of the best options is to get a video card, but it is hard to tell if it is going to be fully compatible with your board and if the problem will get fixed that way. if you have the option to test the PC with one of them it will be great to make sure it will work properly.
Please verify directly with AsRock the video card compatibility with your board:

Any questions, please let me know.
