Error while installing 31.0.101.2121 graphics card driver

I am facing this error while installing the driver. I have downloaded the gfx_win_101.2121.exe file from intel's website but get this error as soon as I open it. Please find the screenshot attached.

In order to verify if this driver is compatible with your system, please create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response to get more information on the hardware configuration.
