Hello i'm facing problem while editing video or rendering .when i'm put the project render gpu doesn't work.but cpu load is 100%.and also i cant checking video rendering all settings.i already checked the latest driver.but didn't get any solution.
my pc configure in CPU: i5 13400f, gpu:Gunnir Arc a770 16gb.Ram: OCPC Pista 32gb premier pro version in 23.(also checked by instaling 25 version)

I totally understand that you need urgent solution for the issue that you are encountering. Please share the information below for me to properly address this.
1. Was this working fine before?
2. Have you tried using other editing software to check if the same issue will be observed?
3. What software version of Adobe premiere pro are you using?
Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system components.

Thank you for sharing this information.
Based on the SSU logs, I see that you have an outdated graphics driver. Please try to follow the steps below to update the driver.
1. Download the latest driver version 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262
2. Use DDU to uninstall the previous driver
3. Perform clean installation
4. Update your BIOS to the latest version 11.01
