Hello Riead,

I totally understand that you need urgent solution for the issue that you are encountering. Please share the information below for me to properly address this.

1. Was this working fine before?

2. Have you tried using other editing software to check if the same issue will be observed?

3. What software version of Adobe premiere pro are you using?

Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system components.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hi Riead,

Thank you for sharing this information.

Based on the SSU logs, I see that you have an outdated graphics driver. Please try to follow the steps below to update the driver.

1. Download the latest driver version 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262

2. Use DDU to uninstall the previous driver

3. Perform clean installation

4. Update your BIOS to the latest version 11.01

Should you encounter the same issue, please create a new thread as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,
