Is there a new update for Dell Vostro 3500 Laptop 11th gen processor

When I install the intel driver & support assistant program, 1 update available message is displayed. Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics Version (Version)
When I update 31.0.101.3222, when I go to Windows 10 settings and click check for updates, the computer downloads the first version I bought room 31.0.101.1338 version
