Freezing and buzzing noise

Hi,

So i have a Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Series with a i5 Processor (Driver model is WDDM 2.6 and my Graphics card is a Graphics 620). For the past few weeks i have had an issue with my laptop, when i stream videos like Youtube and Netflix at random times when watching them, my laptop will Freeze for around 1-2 seconds and while it has frozen it will also make a buzzing sound with it, after   1-2 seconds it will go back to normal again. I have a feeling it could be the Graphics Card but i'm unsure if it is or not.

Any help or advise would be much appreciated!

That sounds to me like you have a HDD that has had an error and is going through a recalibration operation. This would also explain the pause that occurs. Try running a CHKDSK surface analysis on the drive.
