GMA3150 graphics driver-screen brightness level not working

this is a samsung nc110 netbook with gma3150 (integrated shared memory) graphics driver.

computer is windows 7 64bit

and screen brightness level not working.

<ı cannot change screen brightness level

can you update gma3150 driver for win7 64bit?

it seeems driver is last updated on 2010.and this netbook <ı purchased is only 2 days older.

or some other way can you show that an old win764bit driver for gma3150 graphics driver that allows me to change screen brightness level ?

Hello,

This type of behavior is expected when using a generic driver instead of a driver provided by your computer manufacturer.

Please keep in mind that we provide generic drivers for the graphics controllers that we designed, however the computer manufacturer or Original Equipment Manufacturer, develops and customize the drivers to fit the features that they add to the computers that they assemble, so the best driver for your system is the one that is provided by the system manufacturer itself for example controlling the brightness of the display or using a special resolution on your computer.

Therefore we always recommend using the driver that is provided by your computer manufacturer which is customized for your system.

In this case you should use the operating system that was validated for your computer by your computer manufacturer and check with them if the issue persists with their customized driver.
