GPU Usage Issue

Hi,
Currently I'm using a Excalibur G860(i7-7700HQ 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD , NVIDIA GTX 1060) and it was running fine before I opened and runned like 30 minutes today.
Now I have a high GPU usage issue with Desktop Window Manager(dwm.exe) & Client Server Runtime Process (csrss.exe). Here are some symptoms:
-Drag a browser or any opened file around will make Desktop Window Manager's GPU usage increase to 60-90%
-Play any game will make those processess' GPU usage increase nearly up to 100% and also causing fps drops constantly.
-I have deleted/reinstalled/roll-backed my drivers also and nothing has changed.
I hope you will help me fix my problem.

Try to Restore from a system restore point
