So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Check device manager for code 43 or any other yellow bang.

the device manager doesn't even indicate an error in the graphics card.

I am currently using the 27.20.100.8729 driver, which does not have this problem.

Try the latest Lenovo driver 9664, so you are very close to 9684

the driver that was installed using the link you provided me was 27.20.100.8729.
On the lenovo website this(27.20.100.8729) is the latest driver available.

Don't know what went wrong on your PC.

I unpacked the Lenovo package and the INF says

[Version]
DriverVer=06/01/2021,27.20.100.9664

 

Anyway, Lenovo offers now build 9749
