Does Intel HD Graphics 5500 support GPU if so where can i update?. Get an error message when loading a game saying 'needs shader model 3.0, and update latest GPU', Shader model 5.0 on the specifications for the 5500 ......... TIA

It supports 5.1 under DX12 or 3.0 under DX9

Latest driver is 15.40.48.5171

 

Probably your graphics driver is not correctly installed.

Check device manager for code 43 or any other yellow bangs.
