GRAPHICS driver is not working

I have DH61WW mother board. I have installed Window 7 32bit OS. When I am installing my Graphics Driver (Even the Latest one), after restarting the monitor display is getting black. Only after uninstalling the ghraphics driver fron the safe mode I am able to login to window 7 normally. Please tell me what is the problem
