Hello Honey1234,
Thank you for posting in the community. I want to set the right expectations regarding your query. According to the system requirements for WWE 2K25, the minimum GPU specifications are a GTX 1060 or Radeon RX 480. The Intel Iris Xe is an integrated GPU that offers impressive performance for its class. However, unlike the dedicated GPUs mentioned in the game's requirements, the Iris Xe lacks dedicated VRAM. Instead, it uses shared memory from the system RAM, which can place additional constraints and load on your system's RAM and CPU when running demanding games like WWE 2K25.
I'm curious to investigate this further, especially since you've mentioned that WWE 2K24 runs fine on your system. Could you provide some additional information by answering the following questions:
- What is your current graphics driver version?
- What is the average FPS you experience when playing WWE 2K25 compared to WWE 2K24?
- What are your game settings in WWE 2K24?
Additionally, to gain a better understanding of your entire system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU) to generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

Hey Sir,
I also have a similar problem, I use an i5 11th Gen Dell Latitude 5420 with 24 GB RAM and Intel Iris Xe for graphics, It runs WWE 2K24 okay but with WWE 2K25, It shows the white screen then crashes, I got curious so I tried disabling my driver and it turns out the game actually runs on the Microsoft Basic Render Driver, although it runs extremely slowly as you can imagine, but atleast it still runs.
I don't exactly know if the problem is the driver, but I know for sure the problem isn't the game if it's able to run on Microsoft Basic Render of all things.
My current driver version is 32.0.101.6647
I used Medium settings for WWE 2K24 with an average FPS of 30
