Hello, I have a Dell Latitude 5490 from 2019 with  Intel Core i7 vPro 8th gen CPU with a Intel Graphics 620 GPU. It says the graphics driver is 31.0.101.2127, which I don't know what that means I don't know a lot about computers, but I want to see if I can install the Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics driver, but I don't know if its compatible with my laptop, so can someone answer that question for me please. Thanks!

The latest driver for your 8th gen processor can be found here:

You cannot go to Arc or XE by simply installing another/different driver.  You must replacew your laptop.
