Glitch with Intel Iris Xe....

I just purchased a sweet little thing, aGPD Pocket Amazon.com : GPD Pocket 3 [11th Core CPU I7-1195G7-1TB] Modular and Full-Featured Handheld PC Notebook Laptop 1920×1200 Touchscreen Laptop WIN10 OS 16GB LPDDR4 RAM : Electronics

It has an Intel Iris Xe.

My primary App is to use it as a DVR, to record 4K res video. Whether I record or not, there is a constant glitch. See the short video.

I updated the driver to the newest one i found Intel® Iris® Xe MAX Graphics... but still the problem persists.

Please help finding a solution for this. Would really like to keep the device but it has to work.
