Graphic Driver Problem

I have Compaq HP Notebook 620 PC in which graphic driver is Mobile Intel(R) GM45 Express Chipset Family. It has a core 2 duo processor. I am not getting it's graphic driver upgrades. It's display driver also stops responding sometimes. Please help me !

Do you have the exact model of your processor and windows version?

Or attach the DX Diag report for your system in order to check some information from your system? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).
