Graphic Driver not updating

Hi all,

I recently updated to windows 10 .

The problem is with Intel HD graphics driver.I used intel update utility and it says there is a new version available and i downloaded the driver.

But unfortunately after the installation my driver version wont get updated in Device manger .Why is this happening and How can i resolve this.I tried uninstalling the driver from device manger but the result was still the same

Any help will be much appreciated

I would need more information in regards to your system configuration:

Which version of Windows do you have? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

Also, the exact processor model and the graphics controller:

On Windows 10

Click on the Windows icon, and search for "System"

Look for System Control Panel then note the processor model.

Intel i5 processor

intel hd graphics 4000
