Hello Peterv63
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community. We would be more than glad to help you with your multi-monitor configuration.
- You mentioned that you did a system check that confirmed that the unit was up to date. Can you share more details about the software application you used to check this?
- Are you able to set a monitor at a time, meaning that you only plug one additional monitor at a time?
- Are you using any type of video adapter when connecting the two monitors?
- To check for more details about your system. For this, please create a report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Best regards,
